Recently, our group has given new staff professional trainings. This heavy work involves multiple departments and several businesses and lasts a long time. Under the efforts provided by the new and old employees,pre-service training has been completed successfully. This training not only improves the new employees' ability, but also boosts the new employees toinvolve into our big family. The training establishes and promotes the friendship between the old and new staff and lays a good foundation for the smooth work in future.
